Signature Programs

PHAT Cat Fit Life (PCFL) Signature Programs are designed for specific results (i.e. weight loss; strength gain; quick fitness jump-start; improved mobility; etc) and can be done independently of or in conjunction with a full PCFL membership. Additional programs may be added over time, so please follow us and check back often.

Each program includes results-driven workouts, suggested nutrition plans, accountability coaching with a PCFL coach, and access to our free App. We also include a few extra free preparation days with each program to help you ready yourself for success!  

​

When you complete a Signature Program it is always recommended you continue your fitness routine by considering a PCFL membership. Remember, optimal health and fitness is not a destination, but a never-ending journey! We look forward to having you as part of our community!

30-Day Shred

This program is perfect for busy people looking to quickly shed some unwanted fat and create the healthy habits necessary to get back to a healthier more active lifestyle. It is meant as a jump-start to educate you on your fitness deficiencies and inspire you to achieve a leaner, fitter you! 

 

Like all of our programs, the 30-Day Shred is NOT a quick fix. We’ll get you eating better to fuel your transformation and we’ll give you workouts that will promote fat burning and leaning down.

As with anything worth achieving, hard work and consistency will be your keys to sustained success. You will have access to coaching throughout the program, as well as the use of our App. At the end of the program, you will be encouraged to keep progressing with your fitness routine to build on your results.

Strength For Life

Perfect for men AND women, who want to fortify their bodies to remain active as they age! For 45 days you are going to focus on getting stronger by challenging yourself with muscle-building resistance workouts. Whether you are new to strength training or have lifted weights in the past, this program will set you up for a more active lifestyle as you get older. We’ll also help you sync your nutrition with your training so you’ll start to see that muscle definition we all crave!

Did you know, as we age, we naturally lose muscle mass? And daily activities such as walking, lifting, and standing require strong balance and posture to avoid injury. Therefore, it is crucial to Incorporate resistance training into a daily exercise routine to maintain and build muscle. As the saying goes… if you don’t use it, you lose it! 

Finally Fit Revolution

This is our signature transformational program! The Finally Fit Revolution is designed to get you off the yo-yo diet train and cement the skills to lose that last 10 - 20 pounds… FINALLY! We’ll focus you on several critical habits, including Movement, Mindset, and Nutrition, to get and keep you on track for optimal health and fitness!

Let’s be clear… This program is NOT a weight-loss challenge! It is NOT a quick fix! It is NOT a diet! It is an opportunity for you to learn and instill consistent daily movement, optimal nutrition, and the proper mindset to achieve both. You will develop your own habits to put you on your way to a sustainable fitness and nutrition lifestyle!

This program is only for men and women who are committed to optimizing their health. It is perfect if you have that last 10-20 pounds to lose. If you have significant weight to lose and/or you are not used to daily exercise, we suggest you try another of our programs, such as our 21-day Healthy Reset, where you will learn to incorporate the basics of healthy living. As you progress and start to see success, you can always come back and join the Finally Fit Revolution.

21-Day Fitness Reset

21-Day Fitness Reset - For 21 days you are going to focus on putting the foundational building blocks in place that you need to build the healthy, balanced lifestyle you desire. It will take some work on your part but anything worth doing requires consistent effort.


There are three planned preparation days before your 21-day reset begins. This will give you time to read through the materials, shop, plan and prepare meals and get your body ready for movement. All of the information you will need can be found in our app during the prep days. You will also have access to your PCFL coach to help you get off to a great start!
