He is also a NASM Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, and holds advanced level certifications in KettleBell and TRX training. He has six+ years of successful coaching in large and small group fitness sessions, as well as personal training. He graduated from Villanova University with a business degree, which combined with his love for fitness, led him to create Phat Cat Fit Life!
Jack, and his wife Jeanne, are committed to living a healthy and active lifestyle. They have seven nieces, four cats and two very active parents with whom they love to spend their time!
When Jack is not coaching fitness clients, he is an avid golfer. The golf course is where he goes for solitude, or to enjoy time away with close friends. He also loves Villanova (especially their basketball team), his high school - St. Joseph’s Prep, and is a 30+-year season ticket holder of the Philadelphia Eagles. But his biggest love is coaching, mentoring and sharing his experiences with others!
Coach & Fitness Director
Jennifer Heald is a NASM certified personal trainer with five years of experience working with individual clients, small groups and coaching in large group settings. She also holds certifications in TRX and MetaFit HIIT metabolic training and holds a Kettlebell Level 1 and an ONNIT Academy Foundations certification.
Jen is the mother of two young men, Ian (23) and Daniel (20) and a wife to her Aerospace Engineer husband, Dave.
When not working, you will likely find Jen exploring some new type of workout to incorporate into her training, singing in her church’s praise band and in the summer relaxing at the beach. She is an avid weekend food prepper, so she can keep herself on track! And there is nothing she likes more than coming up with fun work-out themes and an awesome playlist to share with clients to help them have fun and maximize their results!!!
As a mother of 2 active girls, Deanna understands the desire to stay fit, mobile and healthy for the long term. She discovered the benefits of yoga during her first pregnancy and has been practicing ever since. After working in the fitness industry, Deanna decided to expand her knowledge and become a certified yoga teacher in order to help others add movement to their lives.
Deanna’s approach to yoga is a balance between finding strength and ease throughout a practice. Her classes are a blend of vinyasa and hatha styles, so you can expect to pair movement with breath and also hold poses for several breaths to allow for exploration within postures.
Originally from Wisconsin, Deanna moved to Pennsylvania in 2003 with her geophysicist husband, and will forever be a Green Bay Packers fan. Aside from yoga, Deanna enjoys hiking, traveling, rock climbing, cooking (ok mostly baking 😜). Favorite travel destinations include Maine, OBX, Colorado, the Netherlands, or any place with mountains, nature, and peace & quiet.
Remember that yoga is a practice, not striving for the perfect posture. Allow yourself the grace to be exactly where you are today.
