We take the guesswork out of how to get yourself active and feeling your best!

30 Day Shred is a  -4-week science-backed training program for busy adults.

 

If you are a beginner there is a 3-day a week program that uses the principles of High Intensity Interval Training to help you maximize the exercise benefits in just 30–minutes. There is also a 5-day a week program that incorporates two days of resistance training so you can also build lean muscle.  Both programs come with two bonus workouts as well as some gentle mobility and Yoga you can incorporate into your active recovery days.

What results can I expect?

If you follow the program and put in the work, you can expect to look and feel better. You should feel more energetic, you should be sleeping better, and you should feel confident that you are on track for success!
